PissedConsumer.org allows users to more easily find consumer reports. The new network is a one-stop research portal where consumers can search for consumer complaints and customer feedback on companies, products, or services from six consumer advocacy websites with a single search.
“The Web offers consumers a wide array of opportunities to share their feedback, positive or negative, about any company,” says Chin Lee of Pissed Consumer.
Attempting to visit different consumer complaint Webster can be difficult and time consuming. "PissedConsumer.org simplifies that process by aggregating consumer complaints from multiple resources in one place," said Lee.
Consumers make better decisions when they're educated about companies and products. The launch of this website is our way of trying to put more and better consumer report information in their hands. Being able to browse more comprehensive consumer complaints means people don't have to 'learn the hard way' when it comes to the consumer experience.
The complaint search network will initially feature results from six sources including: Consumer Union, Consumerist, Complaints Board, My 3 Cents, Rip Off Report, and Pissed Consumer. In addition to these well-established consumer reports resources, users can also suggest new sites to be considered for the complaints search engine.
The PissedConsumer.org complaint search network is powered by Goggle Custom Search. The complaint search network integrates consumer complaints results from several consumer advocacy website's into a single search, enabling users to more easily find thorough consumer reports.
