Fullerton College Hornets Fall to Saddleback in Conference Opener |

 JANUARY 6, 2010 - HOME OPENER FALL: The FC men's basketball team took on #8 in the state Saddleback College and took one on the nose 87-64.
It was the home and conference opener for the Hornets on Wednesday night and by the game's end their was not much to celebrate as the Gauchos took an early 19-2 lead in the first half and never looked back. At the end of the first half FC was down 43-23.
FC's Serdana Wright scored 12 points while Ayokunna Shofu put up 11 with 5 boards. Joshua Rayne added 10 points with 4 rebounds.
Up Next: FC (8-10, 0-1) will try and pick it back up on Friday, January 8th. when they travel to Cypress College. Game time is at 5:30 pm.
